Support Rise R.E.D. Initiative's Mission

The Rise R.E.D. Initiative is a transformative 3-month empowerment program designed specifically to uplift and equip young women and single mothers across Africa with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to reclaim their voice, become financially independent, and lead their communities with purpose.

• Single mothers between the ages of 21- 35 in need of personal and professional development
   
• Women who are ready to take control of their lives, learn skills, and build businesses
   

The program is structured into three powerful monthly modules:

Month 1: RECLAIM

Participants begin their journey with self-discovery and healing.
They learn to: 

Reclaim their voice and self-worth

Reflect on their past and embrace their future

Discover their purpose through journaling, vision building, and guided healing
 

 Month 2: EMPOWER

This month focuses on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and emotional intelligence.
Participants will:

Create budgets and savings plans
Explore business ideas and build startup strategies
Develop communication and leadership skills
 

Month 3: DOMINATE

Participants are now prepared to step fully into their leadership role and live boldly.
They will:

Build a clear life strategy and action plan
Design vision boards and goal maps
Celebrate achievements and write their future narratives

 At the conclusion of the Rise RED Initiative, the women will participate in an extensive business class, designed to equip them with practical knowledge and skills to help them regain independence and confidence. The program will conclude with an exit exam, ensuring that each participant leaves empowered, informed, and ready to create sustainable change in her life and community.
 

• Culturally Relevant Content: Includes African proverbs, success stories of African women, and relatable exercises.
   
• Mentorship-Driven: Encourages giving back by teaching others once you’ve learned.
   
• Integrated Approach: Combines mindset development, business planning, and life skills training.
   
• Results-Oriented: Ends with a certificate, action plan, and potential access to micro grants or business starter packages.
